We hold a state certified builder contractors license in addition to our marine specialty license (State License - CBC 056030) so, that no matter what, we are prepared to assist you. We handle every phase of the installation process...personally, professionally and legally!

We take care of the permitting and stay in contact with the appropriate agencies and officials through the entire process to make sure your dock meets current code requirements and passes final inspection.

Once your project is complete we will perform a final inspection. This inspection is performed by a Tropical Marine Construction representative at which time we will instruct you on the proper operation and maintenance as well as review all your manufacturer warranties.
